4. Payment and Fees
Payment for services must be made in full before the start of your consultation or program.
We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors.
Fees for consultations, programs, and services are outlined on the website and may be subject to change at any time.
We do not provide refunds for completed services. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Individual consultations: Cancellation Policy
More than 48 hours' notice: No cancellation fee applies.
24 to 48 hours' notice: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Less than 24 hours' notice: The full session fee will be charged.
If you arrive late, you will still be charged for your full appointment time, and the appointment will end at the scheduled time. Sessions cannot be extended due to late arrivals.
All appointments must be booked within the time limit of your consultation. The responsibility for this lies with the customer.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Dan Gaffney Psychotherapy website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Dan Gaffney Psychotherapy unless otherwise stated.
